Find the therapist that best suits your needs.
Our team
Grace Frantilla, LCPC, ATR-BC
My goal is to help my patients return to a level of functioning that they feel like they've either lost or can’t even imagine for themselves. I assist patients in building awareness and learning skills so that they can more effectively help themselves in an empowered way. So if you are struggling with waves of depression, anxiety, overwhelm, or how to handle relationships, I'll provide a non-judgmental space and evidenced based treatment to work with you to find the balance you need... or maintain the balance that you worked hard to find. Hopefully, my experience and tools that I've gathered working across the age groups and in more intense levels of care can help you build your own toolbox. With my expertise in DBT, CBT, ACT, and also being a Board Certified Art Therapist, you will have options on what works for you so that your treatment suits your unique needs.

Anna Russo, LCSW, CADC
I help people struggling with life on life's terms. Sometimes it's the buildup of life's events. Sometimes it's the ghosts of the past still whispering criticisms. Sometimes it's incongruence between your values and your actions. Sometimes it's a culmination of all of these. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, anger, addictions...or all you know is you're not feeling well and could use someone to talk to, I'm here to help. You are just as deserving as anyone to have support, and are making a healthy choice to seek therapy. You can expect some humor and irreverence from me, as well as a compassionate ear with a skill set to help you heal. I specialize in complex situations, including mood, anxiety, and addictive behaviors. The symptoms within this context affect you as an individual, and likely your relationships. If I sound like the right therapist for you, let's work together.

Eileen Harte, LCSW
This is all about you! I believe we are born with exactly what we need to be successful in this life, it’s just a matter of being willing to do the deep dive. I am passionate about helping people recognize and embrace their strength and hope. Seeking guidance and support on any leg of life’s journey takes courage, a commitment to truth, and an openness to vulnerability. One of my favorite quotes is from Brene Brown, Ph.D., “Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change.” Compassion, humor, and vulnerability create a superpower that builds a foundation for lasting change.
I have been privileged to guide people through complex medical situations, terminal illnesses, chronic illness, trauma and addiction. Helping people navigate life’s transitions is the core of my practice. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions; no two clients are the same. I often use CBT, DBT, Integrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Humor!
You don’t have to do this on your own! I will provide the space necessary to explore whatever life has thrown your way.
